Guest Services Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Guest Services Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.

In addition to front desk duties, you will assist guests with their needs during their stay, including providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options. You will handle reservations, process payments, and ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred, but not required. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
