Children's Social Worker - Assessment and Long Term Team
About the role:
Qualified social worker is required to join an assessment and long term team in Wakefield, West Yorkshire on a locum basis.
One week in four on duty week where all referrals come through the team for assessments, with 3 weeks in between for long term work. The team is based in Airedale and cover Airedale, Castleford, Knottingley and Pontefract. It is busy team of 7 SW's and an Advanced Practitioner with a permanent Team Manager. Hybrid working is encouraged.

About the role:

- A degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Social Work England registration
- At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities
- Completed relevant post-qualifying training
- Enhanced DBS check
- Excellent communication and written skills
