Facilities Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, security, space planning, and vendor management. You will coordinate and supervise facility maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that all work adheres to quality standards and is completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and managing the facilities budget, assessing facility needs, and making recommendations for improvements or upgrades. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various departments to ensure that the facilities meet the needs of all staff and visitors. A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role, is required. Familiarity with building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, as well as proficiency in facilities management software, will be advantageous.
