Retail Manager / Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager / Estimator who is passionate about helping customers bring their vision to life. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom * Consult with customers to identify the best flooring solutions for their needs * Produce detailed and accurate estimates and quotations * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets * Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times * Support the continued growth and success of the business Qualifications & Experience Required: * Previous experience within flooring retail or a related trade * Confident with measurements, pricing, and estimating software * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * A proactive and professional approach to work * Someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and wants to grow with the business Benefits: * £35,000 basic salary plus bonus scheme * Company vehicle provided * Pension scheme * Full-time hours: Four weekdays 9:00am–5:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am–3:00pm * Opportunity to join a successful and expanding business Right to Work in the UK: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
