Fitters Mate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Fitters Mate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist skilled fitters in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include preparing work areas, handling tools and materials, and supporting the fitter during installation processes. You will help ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within designated timeframes while adhering to health and safety regulations. A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately will be essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the trade. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory, as on-the-job training will be provided. You must possess good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
