Site Security Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations at our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets by implementing effective security measures and protocols. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will supervise a team of security personnel, conduct regular assessments of security procedures, and coordinate emergency response efforts. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining security policies, preparing incident reports, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of surveillance systems, access control procedures, and emergency response techniques. You will conduct routine inspections of the premises, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements to enhance security operations. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to security staff, fostering a culture of vigilance and professionalism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with management, law enforcement, and emergency services when necessary.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in security management, with at least two years in a supervisory role. A degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CPP or PSP.
