Security Controller

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Controller to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and integrity of our assets, personnel, and information. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating security audits. You will also be responsible for monitoring security systems, investigating security breaches, and providing recommendations for improvements to enhance our security posture.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of security protocols and regulations, as well as experience in incident management and crisis response. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with security standards and facilitate training programs to educate staff on security awareness. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess vulnerabilities are essential, as is the capability to respond effectively to security incidents. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are highly desirable.
