Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in the daily operations of the store. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, answering queries, and helping them find products that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and ensuring that merchandise displays are visually appealing and up-to-date. Additionally, you will handle transactions at the cash register, process returns, and support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for retail. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
