Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed within the budget and timeframe. Your primary duties will include preparing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing tender documents. You will also be expected to perform risk assessments, manage procurement processes, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Your strong analytical skills will aid you in monitoring project progress and financial performance, providing reports to stakeholders, and advising on cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with proven experience in the construction industry. You must be proficient in using relevant software such as AutoCAD and cost management tools, with a solid understanding of construction methods and materials. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with architects, engineers, and various other professionals. A professional qualification, such as MRICS, is highly desirable.
