Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and providing support to various departments as needed.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation. A high level of professionalism and discretion is essential, as you will be interacting with clients, senior management, and various stakeholders on a daily basis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with multi-line phone systems are required. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate or professional office environment. A high school diploma is required, and additional certifications in office administration or related fields would be an advantage.
