*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

*Duties*

* Assist in the preparation of ingredients for various menu items, ensuring freshness and quality.
* Cook and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
* Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

*Requirements*

* Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is essential; training will be provided.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
