*Duties*

* Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials.
* Providing excellent patient care by ensuring comfort and addressing concerns throughout treatment.
* Maintaining strict infection control protocols and sterilising equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Preparing treatment rooms before appointments and cleaning after procedures.
* Managing patient records accurately using IT systems, including updating personal details and treatment notes.
* Providing post-treatment advice and instructions to patients.
* Supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient communications, and organising clinic supplies.
* Ensuring the clinical environment remains organised, hygienic, and welcoming at all times.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting, ideally in dentistry or nursing.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
* Good IT skills for maintaining electronic health records and appointment scheduling systems.
* Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilisation procedures.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative independently.
* A recognised qualification in nursing or dental nursing is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
