Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers while providing exceptional service. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. You will also be responsible for processing transactions efficiently and accurately, handling returns, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to answer any questions from customers effectively.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor that encourages customer interaction. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. Additionally, you should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues.
