Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them with product selections, and providing information about promotions and sales. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential as you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries with professionalism.

In addition to excellent customer service, the Retail Assistant will manage transactions at the cash register, handle returns and exchanges, and keep accurate records of sales. You will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a team-oriented atmosphere. A keen attention to detail is necessary for inventory management, which includes conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Ideal candidates should have prior retail experience, although we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
