Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of our employees. Your primary duties will include conducting training needs assessments, collaborating with department heads to identify skill gaps, and creating tailored training materials. You will also oversee the delivery of training sessions, both in-person and online, while ensuring that all training programs align with our organizational goals and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training and development, with strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a learning culture. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to engage and motivate diverse audiences. A background in instructional design or adult learning principles is preferred, along with experience in using various training tools and technologies. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in training management or a similar role.
