Controller

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our dynamic finance team. In this critical role, you will oversee all accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets, managing cash flow, and implementing financial forecasting models to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will also be crucial in streamlining processes and enhancing the accuracy of financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
