Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Your primary duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining flower beds. You will also be tasked with litter picking, ensuring pathways and communal areas are clean and safe for all users. A keen eye for detail is essential, as you will be responsible for identifying and reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards within the grounds.

Ideal candidates will possess previous experience in grounds maintenance or horticulture and have a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. You should be comfortable using various gardening equipment, including mowers, strimmers, and blowers, and have a good knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques. A valid driver's license and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are also essential.
