Internal Communications Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of effective internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive company culture. You will communicate vital information across various channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, and team meetings, ensuring that all employees are informed and aligned with company goals and initiatives. Your ability to craft clear and compelling messages will be essential in fostering a cohesive work environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the creation and distribution of internal communications materials, maintaining the company intranet, and collaborating with various departments to gather information and updates. You will also help organize and coordinate internal events, such as town hall meetings and team-building activities, to strengthen employee relationships and morale. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and editing skills, a strong understanding of communication tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

To succeed in this position, you should have a degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in internal communications or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools will be advantageous.
