Collections & Resoultions Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections & Resolutions Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the collections process and resolving outstanding issues related to accounts receivable. Your primary duties will include monitoring and maintaining accounts, initiating collection actions, and communicating effectively with clients to facilitate timely payments. You will also be tasked with analyzing account discrepancies, documenting interactions, and producing detailed reports to track the progress of collections and resolutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely resolution of client inquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing collection strategies that align with our organizational goals. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential, as you will frequently engage with clients to negotiate payment plans and address any concerns that may arise. A minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
