Product Compliance Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Compliance Team Lead to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance processes for our product lines, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. You will lead a team of compliance specialists, guiding them in their day-to-day activities while fostering a culture of compliance and excellence. Your expertise will be critical in managing risk assessments, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product integrity and safety. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and legal, to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to our industry, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance compliance knowledge within the team and across the organization. Additionally, you will represent the compliance team in meetings with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in product compliance or a related area are required. Proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
