Position Overview

ResourceMFG is seeking motivated individuals to join a seafood production team. In this role, you will work in a cold storage facility preparing fresh and frozen seafood products while supporting daily warehouse operations. This is an ideal position for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a chilled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare fresh and frozen fish and crab
• Package seafood products accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload shipments as needed
• Maintain sanitation standards and follow food safety guidelines
• Assist with inventory tracking and organization
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company policies and production procedures
