Quality and CI Manager

Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager Location:         Marden, Kent Salary:             £65k £70k DOE  per annum Hours:             Full time, permanent 39 hours per week (Mon to Fri (8.5 x 4 5 x 1))    Lead Quality. Drive Continuous Improvement. We're looking for an experienced Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead quality standards and drive operational excellence within a busy manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business-wide improvements, champion Lean methodologies and ensure products and processes meet the highest quality standards.    What You'll Be Doing • Lead the Quality Management System (ISO9001) and manage internal quality audits. • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency. • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and operational change projects. • Manage quality performance across production and the supply chain. • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools such as 8D, DMAIC and A3. • Monitor KPIs, analyse data and provide quality updates to senior management. • Work closely with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to deliver operational improvements.    What We're Looking For • HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline. • 5+ years' manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a quality leadership role. • Strong knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems. • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, VSM, APQP and Continuous Improvement. • Lead Auditor qualification and strong problem-solving skills. • Six Sigma (Black Belt) and Chartered Quality Professional status are advantageous.    If you're passionate about quality, continuous improvement and leading positive change in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
