Electrical Shift Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Shift Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems and machinery within a fast-paced industrial environment. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment, diagnosing faults, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. You will work closely with other engineering staff to carry out routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, and emergency repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience in an industrial setting. Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and electrical drawings is essential. You must possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement are vital. Shift work is a requirement of this position, so flexibility in working hours is essential.
