Retail Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, answering inquiries, and providing information about promotions and sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, restocking shelves, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing and up to date.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping customers. Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle cash transactions accurately, and manage inventory effectively. Flexibility with working hours is essential, as this role may require evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
