Asbestos Removal Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Asbestos Removal Operative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely removing asbestos-containing materials from residential, commercial, and industrial sites. As an Asbestos Removal Operative, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your primary duties will include conducting site assessments, preparing work areas, and using appropriate removal techniques while utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard your health and that of your colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asbestos regulations and best practices, along with relevant certifications, including the HSE-approved Asbestos Awareness training. Previous experience in asbestos removal is highly desirable but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. You should possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical stamina and the capability to handle challenging environments are essential, as the role may involve working at heights or in confined spaces.
