About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Change Specialist for a 24-month fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and facilitating the change process within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing change management strategies that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance.
