Change Specialist (24 month FTC)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Change Specialist for a 24-month fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and facilitating the change process within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing change management strategies that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, identify training needs, and create communication plans to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, you will monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to strategies as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in change management or organizational development. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess organizational readiness for change are essential. You should be adept at building relationships and communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools, along with a proven track record of successful project management, will be advantageous.
