Product Data Transform Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Data Transform Manager to lead our data transformation initiatives and enhance our product offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end data lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, and driving the implementation of data-driven strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and IT, to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Your expertise will help optimize our product data processes and improve overall product quality, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and product development. Key responsibilities include overseeing data collection, cleansing, and transformation processes, as well as developing and maintaining documentation to ensure data accuracy and compliance. You will also be tasked with designing and implementing data governance policies and best practices, as well as training and mentoring team members on data management tools and techniques. Furthermore, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of data transformations and make recommendations for improvements.

The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in data management or product development roles. Familiarity with data visualization tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R will be advantageous.
