Cleaning and Waste Operative - Nightshift

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning and Waste Operative for our nightshift team to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As a Cleaning and Waste Operative, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting various areas, as well as managing waste disposal in accordance with our health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and available for use, as well as reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team during the hours of 10 PM to 6 AM. Previous experience in a cleaning or waste management role is preferred, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training. You should be physically fit, as the role requires lifting and moving equipment, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate cleaning machinery are advantageous.
