Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Manager to oversee and enhance the security operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures aimed at safeguarding our assets, employees, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting regular risk assessments, managing security personnel, and coordinating response strategies for emergencies. You will also be tasked with maintaining relationships with law enforcement agencies and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations.

To thrive in this role, you should possess strong leadership and communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various departments and train staff on security protocols. A successful Security Manager will have a keen eye for detail and be adept at identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities. Additional responsibilities include overseeing security technology systems, such as surveillance cameras and access control, as well as preparing and managing the security budget. A Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP), and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role, are essential for this position.
