Hawthorn House is a residential for adults with learning disabilities, currently has a vacancy for a 27hr Support Facilitator
You are required to have a positive proactive approach and a desire to make a positive difference to the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
You need to be available to cover morning and afternoon shifts, plus weekends and bank holiday. For this they receive an increment of 10.6%.

What you will bring:
If you already hold an NVQ level 2 qualification or Care Certificate we would love to hear from you but don’t worry if not, we are happy to support you in gaining the skills and knowledge needed for this qualification.
