Objective of role
You will lead the design, development and delivery of high-impact careers, skills and employer engagement programmes across South London, through the South London Careers Hub, helping shape a more connected and equitable system for young people.
Working at the intersection of education and employment you will translate strategy into practical delivery models that improve outcomes for young people, particularly those at risk of becoming NEET and strengthen career and skill provision across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced programme leader who can combine strategic thinking with delivery expertise, influencing partners across the system and ensuring innovative approaches are scaled to maximise impact.
Based within the South London Careers Hub, you will play a key role in shaping how schools, colleges, employers, VCSE and local authorities work together to improve careers education, work experience and progression opportunities for young people
