Data & Tech Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data & Tech Manager to lead our data management and technology initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support strategic decision-making. You will manage a team of data analysts and IT professionals, ensuring that our technology infrastructure aligns with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing data-driven strategies, optimizing data quality, and maintaining data governance practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, database management, and IT project management. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization software is essential. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
