Retail Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will also be responsible for maintaining the presentation of the store, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing. Additionally, you will handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage customer returns and exchanges with professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, making customers feel welcome and valued. A strong attention to detail is essential as you will be tasked with keeping track of inventory, organizing stock, and helping with regular inventory audits. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary to meet the demands of our busy retail environment.
