Store Detective

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Store Detective to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preventing theft and fraud within our retail environment. Your primary duties will include monitoring customer activities, conducting surveillance, and identifying suspicious behavior. You will work closely with store management and law enforcement to ensure a safe shopping experience for our customers and staff. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting investigations, preparing reports, and providing evidence as necessary, demonstrating a proactive approach to loss prevention.

The ideal candidate will have excellent observational skills, a strong sense of integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in loss prevention or security is preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. You must be comfortable using surveillance equipment and have a keen understanding of the retail environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in security or loss prevention are a plus.
