Facilities Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Assistant to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. Your primary duties will include performing routine inspections of the premises, managing maintenance requests, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of events. You will also be tasked with managing inventory of supplies, coordinating with vendors for repairs and services, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. You should have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role is preferred, along with basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
