Following a comprehensive review of our core workflows, we are recruiting a Contract Data Controller to own, embed, and continuously optimise our newly refined end-to-end contract management processes within Workplace Services.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring these processes drive efficiency, reduce risk, and remain scalable. You will act as the team’s process champion, translating high-level process architecture into daily operational success, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance across the lifecycle.

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Possesses a "lean" outlook, someone who naturally identifies bottlenecks, asks "is there a better way to do this?" and proactively pitches practical solutions.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to deliver the duties and attend management meetings visiting sites not easily accessible by public transport.
