Customer Services Advisor, Global Investment firm

We’re looking for a warm and highly empathetic individual to join a people-focused, fast-paced customer service call centre within a leading Global Investment firm. 

Working within a team-focused environment, that values innovative digital tools, you’ll help customers navigate solutions designed to support their saving and investment needs. 

You’ll support a range of customers including high-net-worth individuals through to family offices and corporations in account opening, servicing and maintenance. 

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, concise and confident in communication, with the professionalism and composure to support customers through a range of queries and complaints. 

You’ll be required to work alternating shift patterns over 5 days a week, scheduled in advance, ranging from 8am-8pm- therefore flexibility is essential. 

What you’ll do: 

• Manage incoming calls from customers, providing general support and aiding with account opening and servicing 

• Support the day-to-day coverage of account maintenance processes and handle escalated customer complaints using a solution focused approach 

• Work in line with established procedures and compliance policies, completing compliance training as scheduled 

About you: 

• Positive, warm approach to delivering exceptional service to customers 

• Prior experience of working within a fast paced, evolving retail banking/ customer services environment 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
