What you'll be doing:
* Deliver and assess engaging training courses to a professional standard
* Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence
* Prepare training venues and equipment ahead of sessions
* Carry out dynamic risk assessments where required
* Keep your subject knowledge and training skills up to date
* Build strong relationships with learners and venue contacts
* Ensure training equipment is maintained, clean, and fit for purpose
* Travel locally to deliver training (own vehicle required)

Training may include:
* First Aid at Work
* Fire Marshal Training
* Mental Health Awareness
* Health & Safety Training
* Other workplace compliance courses

What you'll bring:
* A confident communicator with strong presentation skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* A genuine passion for helping and educating others
* Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Additional information:
* Monday to Friday working hours (08:30-16:30), with occasional evening or weekend sessions to meet customer needs
* Mileage expenses paid
* Full training and support provided for trainee candidates, including a recognised Level 3 Training Qualification
