Location: Kidderminster | Trainee Trainer £24,479 will increase once completed training |
£25,276 Trainer
Monday to Friday 08.30 - 16.30 | Occasional evening or weekend sessions may be required to meet customer needs.

About the Role
As a First Aid Trainer, you'll play a vital role in equipping individuals and organisations with potentially life-saving skills. You'll deliver engaging and interactive training courses across your local area, helping learners build confidence and knowledge in areas such as:
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Marshal Training
- Mental Health Awareness
- Health & Safety Training
- Other workplace compliance courses
No previous training experience? No problem. If you're confident, enjoy working with people and are keen to develop a new skillset, our client will provide all the training and support you need to become a qualified trainer.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering and assessing training courses to a professional and engaging standard
- Creating a positive learning environment that encourages participation
- Maintaining and developing your own subject knowledge and training skills
- Preparing training venues and equipment ahead of sessions
- Conducting dynamic risk assessments when required
- Building strong relationships with learners and venue contacts
- Ensuring training equipment is maintained, clean and fit for purpose
What We're Looking For
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passion for helping and educating others
- Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
