Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Grounds Maintenance personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and aesthetic enhancement of our outdoor spaces. Your key duties will include mowing, edging, and trimming lawns; planting and maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and trees; and ensuring all pathways, driveways, and recreational areas are clean and well-maintained. You will also perform routine inspections of grounds equipment and report any issues to ensure safety and efficiency. A strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work are essential for success in this position.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of horticultural practices and landscape maintenance. Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred, along with familiarity with using various gardening tools and machinery. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to high-quality work. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves manual labor and working in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely are also required.
