Mondays & Wednesdays

£10,000 per annum (£12.81ph)

A leading manufacturing business are seeking a proven administrator to join shared financial shared service centre, in a small team within the credit control and accounts receivable department.  No knowledge of finance is required, just numeracy and a strong background in administration and confidence dealing with a varied workload.

This business has an outstanding reputation for looking after their colleagues and offer a thorough bedding in and training package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing sales invoices, checking for accuracy, prior to processing through on SAP
• Processing credit notes, working closely with depots and site managers to rectify any issues or inaccuracies
• Uploading invoices and credit notes onto the SAP system and customer portals
• Managing a busy admin inbox
• Ad-hoc reporting when required
• Updating the CRM system with any customer detail changes or price amendments
