Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost management process for construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert advice on procurement strategies. You will also be tasked with managing contracts, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and overseeing the financial performance of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
