The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire learning.
• Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain high expectations for both achievement and behaviour.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification (PGCE, BAEd, GTP, QTLS or ECT/NQT).
• A genuine passion for teaching and education.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and lesson delivery skills.
• A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Previous classroom experience is desirable, but enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply.
