What will you be doing?
Do you have a passion for digital transformation that puts residents first? If so, this could be the role for you.
We're looking for an experienced Digital Programme Manager to lead and coordinate complex digital transformation activity across Kent County Council, ensuring investment in digital, data and technology delivers better outcomes for residents, communities and staff.
As part of the Digital Transformation Team, you'll provide strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of digital change, working with services, technology teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders to ensure programmes and projects are aligned to the Council's Digital Strategy and deliver meaningful outcomes.
You'll lead programme management activity across the portfolio, including governance, reporting, risk and dependency management, benefits realisation and stakeholder engagement. You'll bring people together across organisational boundaries, build trusted relationships and help turn digital opportunities into real-world improvements for residents and services.
