What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Sociology lessons.
• Inspire students to develop analytical, evaluative, and independent thinking skills.
• Create an inclusive classroom where every student is encouraged to succeed.
• Contribute to the continued success of a high-achieving department.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching Sociology within a UK secondary school or sixth form.
• Is passionate about their subject and committed to achieving excellent outcomes.
• Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one).
