Residential Property Solicitor

The Opportunity

A well-established London law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (0-4 PQE) to join its growing Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced property specialists and benefiting from strong levels of client work generated through the firm's longstanding reputation in the local market.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of residential property matters and will be encouraged to take ownership of their own caseload with appropriate supervision and support.

The Role

You will advise clients on a variety of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Shared ownership matters
• Help to Buy transactions
• First registrations
• Residential property portfolio work
• General property-related advice for private clients

You will manage files from instruction through to completion while maintaining high levels of client care and building strong relationships with clients, agents and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Between NQ and 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Experience managing a residential property caseload
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive and commercial approach to client service
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
