Support Steve, a warm, intelligent and sociable gentleman in his early 60s who is living with the long-term effects of a traumatic brain injury, helping him continue to enjoy an active and fulfilling life in rural Northamptonshire.  Working within an established specialist team, you'll provide thoughtful, person-centred support that promotes independence, confidence and wellbeing while building a genuine long-term professional relationship.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues and a multidisciplinary team within a well-established package of care. Much of the support is provided on a two-to-one basis, allowing time to deliver high-quality support at home and in the community while encouraging the client to remain involved in the activities he enjoys, from sport and café trips to spending time with family.

We're looking for an experienced female Support Worker with brain injury or neurological experience, excellent communication skills and providing close supervision to mobile clients who are at risk of falls. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to the rural location. The role is 35 hours per week on an 8-week rolling rota with alternate weekends.
