Location: Swift Park, Rugby, CV21
Pay: £13.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £15.42 per hour after 12 weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm (PM Shift)

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Goods In Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client, a well-established logistics operation based at Swift Park, Rugby (CV21). We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) and/or Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) licence to join a busy Goods In department on a long-term temp-to-perm basis.

Responsibilities: 

As a Goods In Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring all incoming deliveries are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking in deliveries and completing all relevant warehouse documentation
• Booking in drivers and managing delivery paperwork
• Safely unloading and loading vehicles using warehouse equipment
• Counting, checking, and verifying incoming stock against delivery notes
• Locating stock within the warehouse and ensuring correct storage procedures are followed
• Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting inventory control processes
• Assisting with general warehouse duties and supporting the wider operation when required
• Following all company health and safety procedures and warehouse standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous Goods In and warehouse experience (essential)
• A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) and/or Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) licence (internal or external licences accepted)
• Experience handling delivery documentation and stock control processes
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• A reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious approach
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
