The rolesYou’ll have the opportunity to work in:

• General Classroom Teaching Assistant roles, supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential.
• 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant roles, supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. These positions are ideal for candidates with relevant care or SEND experience.

• A one-day online Teaching Assistant training course (a small fee applies).
• A shadow day in a local Doncaster primary school, giving you the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Teaching Assistant before starting your placements.

Requirements

• You must have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• If you already have an Enhanced DBS, it must be registered on the DBS Update Service.
• If you do not have a suitable DBS, you will need to apply for a new Enhanced DBS and cover the upfront cost as part of the recruitment process.
