We have a mixture of day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities available, making this the perfect role for anyone looking for flexibility or consistent work throughout the academic year.

The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with the work that has been set. You will manage classroom behaviour, provide support where appropriate and create a positive learning environment across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

This role does not require Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school.

Requirements

• Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged students
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A calm, positive and professional approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
